Chinese Bearded Dragon Punch Art

Today I am sharing my first attempt at a Chinese dragon. He wasn't the easiest to create using punches. I know not everyhone has the Nankong grass punch, but it's the best I could come up with.

 

My daughter's only complaint was he's not colourful enough, and maybe the "beard" could be more wispy and flowing. I might have to play a bit more and see what else I can come up with.

 

Supplies as follows:

Cardstock: Bazzill

Mulberry paper (red with gold flecks) - source unknown

Kanji sentiment: Stamp Workz Kanji Collection - Set 1

Foam dots to pop the mouth/snout and then again the head.
